About Us

We’re an apostolate, a missional organization. We get our name from the Holy Highway in the Bible (Isa 35:8).

Catholic Roads is part of Reach One Media.

In the Bible, Jesus asked His disciples who the people said He was (Mt 16:13-20; Mk 8:27-38). Before they could elaborate on what the people were saying, however, our Lord shifted His perspective. He asked who the disciples said He was.

Peter, being the leader of the disciples, jumped right in. He declared that Jesus was the Christ, the long-awaited Messiah.

This certainly signaled that Peter was ready for the events that would soon take place at Caesarea Philippi. His time to receive the keys to the Kingdom of God was nearly at hand. And soon enough, he would take on the responsibilities of “prime minister” too, after Jesus ascended to heaven.

Life is a pilgrimage. We’re all on a journey. Identity gives direction to the spiritual traveler.

Jesus had great interest in identity — His and the identity of others. By it’s nature, caricature shifts identity to center stage.

In the Catholic Roads ministry, rich with caricature art and stories, we invite people to travel the Holy Highway. It’s an invitation to conversion.

It’s easy to get on the Holy Highway! The Bible tells us anyone who is not evil, even a fool, can get on the Holy Highway and travel it without getting lost.

Here’s how you get on the Holy Highway:

  • Confess
  • Repent
  • Pray
  • Love
  • Serve

We draw people.

We draw them to reach them. We draw them to teach them (1 Cor 9:22). We draw them so that some might get on the Holy Highway and experience the miracle of being converted.

The Catholic Roads apostolate is built on two questions:

Who is Jesus? Who are you?

— cf. Mk 8:27-38

The way people answer these questions affects how they see the world. It also determines their response to life’s challenges.

Our approach to apostolate uses caricature and humor to attract people. It’s a powerful mission. It’s a lot of fun too!

We’re available to talk with Catholic radio hosts and Catholic podcasters about using the role of caricature in spiritual warfare and encouraging conversion in a confused and chaotic world.

That’s our story and we’re sticking to it. Let’s talk!

Vivat Jesus!
