Man Time!

Be on your guard, stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong. Your every act should be done with love.

— 1 Cor 16:13-14 (NRSV)

BACKGROUND

It’s time, guys! The Catholic Men’s Conference of the Carolinas is THIS Saturday (March 18th). You don’t want to miss it! And it’s NOT too late to register!!!

A MANLY INVITATION

What’s keeping you from looking to Christ as the center of your life? Have you been consumed by the distractions and occasions of sin all around you in the world? Things don’t have to be this way!

Join other men as we get to the bottom of the "Sacred Heart" of the matter. This Saturday can be the day that you actually put away "the old man" and put on Christ.

The world is in crisis, and God is calling men to be men! He wants us to be husbands, fathers, sons, brothers, and friends.

God wants you to be the man you know you should be — and probably have always wanted to be!

DID YOU KNOW?

The gathering will take place at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Charlotte NC. If you’re not familiar with it, the address is 1400 Suther Road (that’s on the north side of town). A link to a map appears below.

The vision for this annual conference is to focus on the sacraments and connect with dynamic Catholic speakers who will challenge you to grow in your Catholic faith, deepen your relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ, and live up to the calling of being a Catholic man.

Its not easy in our current environment, but you can do it if you surround yourself with other men who share your commitment.

You’re going to be reminded that “Iron sharpens iron” (Prov 27:17) if you attend this conference.

This year’s speakers include Bishop Peter Jugis, Deacon John Clarke, Jonathan Fanning, Charles Fraune, Kevin Spalding, and Scott Weeman.

We’ve put their caricatures below:

CLOSING POINTS

OUR STORY

A good story doesn’t have to be true, but it had better be interesting. Most of our stories are “almost true,” and they’re pretty good too!

That’s our story, and we’re sticking to it!
