BULL SWAMP USA (CR News) — Rom was at it again! The old guy had a bad habit of driving down old country roads while trying to carry on deep conversations with the Lord. It never seemed to work out for Rom, but still, he continued to try.
Background
In Rom’s Bible study group, everyone knows that some things in life are just a mystery! Mostly, they’ve all learned to accept that. But sometimes Rom still has trouble accepting that himself.
The old guy wants to know everything — well, at least, everything God will teach him.
The Nitty Gritty
In life, there are some questions that, no matter how you ask them, you won’t find a satisfactory answer. None of us will ever know all that God knows. The sooner we learn that, the sooner we’ll experience the peace God wants for our lives.
Jesus can be trusted! That’s the answer Rom is learning as he finds more things in his life that he cannot control — or even understand.
